Our 10th birthday party last weekend went superbly – thanks to
everyone who came, danced, got photographed, got their face painted and wolfed down the free bar…!

A special thank you to the Camberwell students who organised the Madhattan Portrait Studio (Bea, Penny, Charlie, Joe, Alex, Ben, Jess, Nat, James and Kay) – they created a fabulous little cartoon world for the party folk to play in. The photos are on Flickr so go and have a look, there’s plenty more like this one.

Now, what should we do for our Jubilee…

We had a nice surprise visit today from our friends from Sapporo, Japan Junjiro and Eiji. They are over in London promoting their short film entries into a Japanese short film festival (when I have details, I’ll post again).

Good luck and safe flight home. Thanks for coming in!

Domo arigato!

Airside Studio

Like Keifer Sutherland abandoning the small screen and getting back into movies, 24 is no more. For Airside that means 24 Cross Street, the small basement studio we’ve occupied since our inception a whole decade ago. We have now abandoned it for bright and shiny new premises at 339 Upper Street.

Our hero Keifer would have mixed feelings about it. Like any good vampire he would have liked the dark of our former basement, though he’d be happy to lose the Cross.

Wah wah.
