Greenpeace's The Convenient Solution
The Brief
Airside have worked with Greenpeace on several projects, however this was their hardest brief yet: was it possible to make dry factual information about decentralised energy entertaining, whilst remaining simple enough for anyone to understand its basic principles.Our Solution
Once we had digested a rather large and involved document explaining the theory of decentralised energy, we distilled it down to its most important points and created graphics to convey these.Since the content was already complicated we decided that simple illustration was key to presenting the information in a palatable way. With this in mind Ideographic line drawings and bold text reminiscent of an instructional schoolbook, were used so not to detract from the message Greenpeace wanted to communicate.
